The service

EA Nerd, a Global Office Source company, places certified software engineers who also function as executive assistants with client businesses on a monthly basis, with an optional permanent buy-out. The specific terms of any engagement are set out in the service agreement you sign with us.

Pricing and payment

Pricing is provided on request. Please contact us for pricing details. Specific contractual terms, including pricing, invoicing, and payment schedule, are confirmed directly during onboarding and in your service agreement, not through this website alone.

Rematch and cancellation

A free rematch is available if a placement isn't the right fit. Full rematch and cancellation terms are set out in your service agreement.

Every associate placed through EA Nerd signs an NDA and receives scoped, revocable credentials appropriate to their assignment. Access is revoked when a placement ends.
